Refund and Cancellation Policy
SwastikPay reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any transactions or orders. The company may cancel any
requests, transactions, or orders at its sole discretion in the
following cases:
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.

Transactions that are not in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Any other reason outside the control of SwastikPay, including
delivery/execution issues or government emergencies.
Refund & Cancellation Terms

If there is an option for online download of data,
cancellation will not be possible.

For failed transactions or double deductions for the same
order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.

For cancelled orders or failed transactions, any bank/card
transaction charges incurred by the consumer may be forfeited.
Refunds will be credited according to service policy within up
to 7 working days.

SwastikPay does not guarantee the accuracy or
timeliness of refunds credited to the customer's
card/account.

In case of partial cancellations, the refund amount will
correspond to the cancelled portion only.
